Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at jesus@jesusperea.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, you must include:

1. Photos of the damaged packaging (before opening, if possible).

2. Photos of the damage to the artwork.

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your new art. If you change your mind:

- You must notify me within 14 days of delivery.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

- A refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
