This original abstract drawing explores the dialogue between black, white, and muted earthy tones through a sharp geometric composition. A central white form rises with architectural presence, intersected by triangular planes and subtle linear textures that introduce rhythm, contrast, and depth. The balance between solid black areas and open white space creates a tension that feels both structural and poetic.

  The paper on which the artwork is made (hand-dyed/aged cotton paper) has a certain movement, a slight waviness, which is visible in the last photo, where it is shown unframed. It could be framed by fixing it to the back of the frame at only a few points, thus preserving that subtle waviness, or also by adhering it uniformly to the back of the frame to achieve a framed presentation with the paper flattened. I chose to present it with a beveled wooden frame, with the glass in contact with the drawing, so that the glass itself reduces that slight waviness in the paper.
